Troubleshooting

The board is slow or strokes are stuttering

Hardware acceleration, tab count and low-bandwidth mode.

  1. 1Enable hardware acceleration in your browser settings and reload.
  2. 2Close other heavy tabs. The board renders on canvas and shares the GPU.
  3. 3Switch on Low-bandwidth mode to stream simplified strokes.
  4. 4On very old devices, set playback quality to Standard in the session menu.
